Shipping policy
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier if you haven't received your package.
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We currently ship internationally. Please note, we are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees placed on international shipments.
Unless an expedited service is requested, your domestic order should arrive in approximately 3-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Expedited orders must be placed by 1:00 pm (EST), or they will ship the following business day.
You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.
